With the aim to close the contracts on the projects of 2010 year to the SFFR up to the 20th of December 2010 there should be submitted the following documents:
 1. The final scientific report (bound, no less than 30 pages, 1 copy) issued in accordance with the requirements of State Standard of Ukraine, together with the electronic copy and other scientific-technical documentation foreseen by the Technical task and requirements of the Contract (copies of publications in accordance with the results of the project’s carrying out or copies of the accepted to be printed materials, thesis of reports etc.
2. Electronic form of the report (with extension .zvt ) filled in program Zp27_zvit.exe
3. The annotated report about carrying out the 2nd stage of the scientific work ( with the signature of the Project leader, up to 2 pages) -3 copies
4. Extraction from the Meeting’s protocol of the scientific (scientific-technical) Board of the establishment about consideration and approval of the project results -1 copy
5. The delivery-acceptance certificate of the 2nd stage of the scientific work- 4 copies
6. Report estimate on the actual expenses on the 2nd stage of the scientific work together with the documents, foreseen in p.3.3 of the Contract-3 copies
7. Copies of the registration and book-keeping card from UkrIntei ( stamped in the staff department of the establishment) -2 copies
